  • Ask about anything and chances are someone in your town can help you. You’ll be able to help others too, even if it’s just forwarding a request to someone you know who can help or would be interested to discuss.
  • As opposed to Facebook, Nextdoor, etc., Helpiing posts are anonymous - removing any judgment or unwanted solicitation. There are no pictures or videos, just simple invitations asking for help or offering it to others. If someone responds, and you want to talk with them, you can initially connect on Helpiing, and then move it to text, email, phone, Skype, etc. 
  • How does Helpiing make money if it protects your privacy and is free to use, as it is? With its proprietary opt-in advertising model and promotional program! Helpiing users earn points when they do constructive things on the app that help their community. While Helpiing may be another app, how it is built “behind the scenes,” is so much different than other apps. There are many nuances to it that will create closer, more authentic connections and give you an experience, even benefits, unlike you have had with other platforms. Think of apps as fruit and all you have ever had are varieties of Orange. Helpiing is like a crisp, juicy Apple.
How Does Helpiing Work?
Helpiing matches the professional and personal needs within a community to its existing knowledge, products, and services. Think of it as a google search but rather than searching, you post an anonymous "Help Request" to your Helpiing community. Individuals in it receive the post in a twitter like feed and can choose to help, forward, or ignore your request. As opposed to social forums where everyone is attempting to promote themselves or sell, sell, sell . . . Helpiing is about the needs of the community and aligning those needs with individuals who can help!
How Can I Make Money with Helpiing?
If you apply and are accepted into the Helpiing Franchise you're in a great position to generate revenue. Helpiing's proprietary Karma Rewards program encourages small businesses to join and offer fun incentives to community members for being helpful while driving sales to their locations. The best part is that you're not required to approach small businesses to get them on board because we have an automated sign up process. But if you're feeling motivated to do so - it can't hurt!
How Does Helpiing Spread?
If you're a community influencer or already maintain a large social media presence within your town / neighborhood you’re in a perfect position to get the word out about and grow a Helpiing franchise community. Not to mention, Helpiing helps itself. As Help Requests are fed into the system, people are encouraged to forward them on to those that might be able to help. For many, these are business leads, sales, repurposing used products, referrals, etc. But to respond, they must too join the Helpiing app.
Is Helpiing a message board?
Absolutely not. With a message board or typical social networking app, everyone can see and respond to anyone’s post. On Helpiing, if you make a post seeking help and someone responds, everyone sees the reply, but only you know the identity of who does and only you can reply to that person. Helpiing is specifically built to be a starter of one-to-one conversations between people who can help each other and/or are interested in the same topic.
How will I fit Helpiing into my life, with so many other things to do?
Helpiing is a tool for connecting with ideas more than it’s a hangout. Make a post asking for help. Make one offering help. Scroll through, reply where you can, and forward posts seeking help on to others. You can also browse businesses and their rewards. The available in-app messaging is really only designed to get you connected to people. After that, share contact information with the person connecting to you, and take your conversations to email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, etc.
I don’t have time to be a community moderator.
We guarantee you will spend less time moderating your Helpiing community than any other open forum. Unlike other platforms, Helpiing is really geared to making one-to-one connections with others. While comments are open, it doesn’t have threaded conversations that allow people replying to a post to “get into it” with each other. And, because whoever publishes a post can delete any response they don’t like, everyone is a moderator of their own posts.
I don’t want to build a community and then see Helpiing profit from my work.
Trust us, this won’t happen. While Helpiing will generate revenue from the communities our Community Leader partners put effort into establishing and growing, Helpiing will split the revenue it generates with Community Leaders on a 50-50 basis. We want to be true partners with those who build and support Helpiing communities. Sharing revenue, even allowing people to build their own business from a Helpiing community is our idea of a strong partnership.
Can Helpiing replace my current Facebook or Nextdoor Group?
